Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HR Operations Specialist to oversee the execution of our HR strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR processes to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and benefits management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with labor laws and organizational objectives.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard employees in a timely manner.
  • Promote employee engagement, motivation, and retention through staff development programs.
  • Manage performance reviews and work with department heads on improvement plans.
  • Organize training and development initiatives for employee growth and skill enhancement.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
