Job Title: Talent Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Workday functional consulting, with expertise in modules such as HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Time & Absence, and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain the Workday HCM system to ensure optimal performance and compliance with HR policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather system requirements and implement new Workday modules and features.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user support and training.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including regular system audits and updates.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Workday functional consulting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and system configuration.
