Credit Risk Management Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing creditworthiness of customers and ensuring that all loan applications meet our strict criteria. Your primary focus will be on conducting thorough credit assessments, preparing comprehensive reports, and making informed recommendations to management.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough credit assessments on home loan and LAP NRP applications under self-employed and salaried customer profiles.
  • Prepare detailed assessment reports, proposal notes, and other relevant documents.
  • Approve or reject loan applications based on assigned limits and recommend cases to higher authorities as per company policy.
  • Maintain daily MIS reports for various branches, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and manage portfolios of lenders, ensuring compliance with bank standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assess risk associated with proposals and business transactions, identifying potential mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee disbursement process for branches, ensuring timely and accurate execution of loans.
  • Ensure compliance with all sanction conditions, legal requirements, and technical specifications mentioned in approved DMs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in credit risk management and assessment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and industry standards.
