IT Account Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced IT account manager to join our team. As an IT account manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for managing a portfolio of IT services and staffing accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify new business opportunities through regular meetings with clients and industry networking
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our service offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including meeting notes and follow-up actions
