Key Role Summary

We seek an accomplished Strategies Leader to spearhead sales strategy, profitability initiatives, and data-driven decision-making for our real estate enterprise.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will bring high-level leadership experience, robust business acumen, and the ability to drive revenue growth through innovative strategies.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans across sales, business development, and marketing.
  • Promote project profitability, realization, and pricing strategies to maximize returns.
  • Drive effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and developers to establish strong partnerships.
  • Utilize data analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor project progress.
  • Work synergistically with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  • Train and mentor sales/marketing teams on business processes and tools.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, business strategy, or leadership roles.
  • Proven State Head / Leadership experience in driving large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project profitability, realization, and pricing models.
  • Experience working with data, analytics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Exposure to real estate industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven reporting.
