Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Quality Assurance Lead to spearhead the testing efforts for our Sales - CRM Platform project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies that ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. They will also coordinate with business stakeholders to align testing goals with sales operations.

  • Develop comprehensive UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of testing goals with sales operations.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements.
  • Ensure thorough coverage of critical sales processes (e.g., lead management, opportunity tracking, quote generation).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales - CRM platforms, experience with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar tools, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales - CRM platforms.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum methodologies.
  • API Integration testing.
Preferred Experience:
  • 1+ years in UAT/Test Management roles.
  • Experience in testing CRM workflows and third-party integrations and API.
  • Exposure to mobile and web-based sales tools.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
