Job Title

Provide software application support to end-users, ensuring efficient issue resolution and a high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person interactions.

  • Determine the root cause of application errors and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • 0-1 years of experience in software development activities.
  • Proficient problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of software development principles and methodologies.
