Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned App Monitoring Specialist to join our team at Digihelic Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Thiruvananthapuram, India.

This is a key liaison role between application and platform teams, requiring strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

About the Role

This specialist will be responsible for setting up and configuring Dynatrace, troubleshooting user issues and performing root cause analysis, identifying recurring issues and ensuring long-term fixes, and setting up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk for different applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expertise in operational application management, including setup and configuration of Dynatrace.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting user issues and performing root cause analysis.
  • Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Project management "light" skills to follow up on tasks, ensure timely completion, and efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Sense of accuracy in monitoring configuration.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in app monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and principles.
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
