We are seeking a talented HR professional to manage daily operations, focusing on recruitment and talent acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

About the Role

As an HR Manager, you will oversee employee management, benefits administration, and training programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Maintaining accurate attendance records, employee files, and HR databases
  • Providing HR support to different teams and departments
  • Generating regular recruitment and HR activity reports for management

You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement comprehensive HR initiatives that drive business growth and success.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing methods, job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
  • Good understanding of attendance management and daily HR activities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
