- Employee Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and grievances.
- Moderate and resolve workplace conflicts in a professional and fair manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and excellent customer service.
- Performance Development:
- Administer the performance appraisal system for all employees, focusing on clear goal-setting and constructive feedback.
- Identify training and development needs across the organization.
- Design and deliver training programs or partner with external providers to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee the compensation structure to ensure fair and competitive pay for different roles and locations.
- Collaborate with the finance team for accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Compliance & Governance:
- Stay informed about relevant federal, state, and local labor laws, including wage and hour regulations.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures, including a comprehensive employee handbook.
- HR Operations:
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including new hires, terminations, and employee status changes.
- Track key HR metrics such as turnover rate, absenteeism, and time-to-hire.
