Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role entails strategic recruitment and employee relations responsibilities, along with performance management and compensation administration.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Strategy:
    • Develop and execute effective recruitment plans to attract and hire qualified candidates for various roles.
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from creating job postings to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and grievances.
    • Moderate and resolve workplace conflicts in a professional and fair manner.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and excellent customer service.
  • Performance Development:
    • Administer the performance appraisal system for all employees, focusing on clear goal-setting and constructive feedback.
    • Identify training and development needs across the organization.
    • Design and deliver training programs or partner with external providers to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Oversee the compensation structure to ensure fair and competitive pay for different roles and locations.
    • Collaborate with the finance team for accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Compliance & Governance:
    • Stay informed about relevant federal, state, and local labor laws, including wage and hour regulations.
    • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures, including a comprehensive employee handbook.
  • HR Operations:
    • Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including new hires, terminations, and employee status changes.
    • Track key HR metrics such as turnover rate, absenteeism, and time-to-hire.
