
Administration Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Oversee employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and sensitivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve HR processes and programs.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
