To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in restaurants, premium casual dining, or hospitality.
  • A natural hosting ability – people light up around you. Warm, confident, and solution-oriented.
  • Sharp under pressure – you thrive when the floor is buzzing at 80+ covers.
  • Fluent in English + Hindi/Punjabi – you can charm both a family gathering and a cocktail-sipping date night crowd.
