Fine Dining Operations Director

Role Overview:We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Leader to lead our pre-opening operations and daily management.This role is ideal for someone with hotel and restaurant experience, passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead restaurant setup, vendor contracts, inventory, and team onboarding;
- Oversee food and beverage service, reservations, and guest satisfaction;
- Recruit, train, and supervise a small service team;
- Coordinate with chef to maintain fine dining standards in service and presentation;
- Manage restaurant operations, including cost control, inventory management, vendor negotiations, and staff scheduling;
- E nsure compliance with hospitality standards, hygiene, safety, and regulations;
- Build guest loyalty through personalized service and local recommendations;
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in hotels or restaurants;
- Familiarity with POS billing software;
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills;
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages a plus;
- Familiarity with hospitality operations in Udaipur preferred;
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and busy hours;
- A passion for guest service and fine dining hospitality;
