Key Responsibilities

• Food & Beverage Operations

• Serve meals and beverages in guest rooms or designated dining areas, adhering to high service standards.

• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including wine and food pairings.

• Manage in-room dining orders and ensure prompt delivery.

• Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.

• Keep detailed records of guest preferences and feedback for future reference.

• Inventory & Maintenance

• Monitor and restock in-room amenities and minibar items.

• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of service areas and equipment.
