Job Title: Dining Experience Expert

The Guest Services Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing warm welcomes, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

This position requires a friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Welcome: Greet and welcome guests warmly, making them feel comfortable and valued upon arrival.
  • Reservation Management: Manage and coordinate reservations, maintain an organized seating plan, and assist with waiting lists.
  • Order Taking: Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams, and ensure timely service.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks efficiently, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times.
  • Billing and Payments: Handle billing, process payments, and address any guest concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Cleanliness and Setup: Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas; assist in setup and closing activities.
  • Team Support: Support team members and work collaboratively to create a seamless and pleasant dining atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or restaurant/hospitality environment is desirable.
  • Skills: Strong communication, inter-personal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability: Ability to multitask, remain organized, and stay calm under pressure.
