Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- "Go the extra mile" to drive sales.
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store's design)
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Also, should have good knowledge of Furnishing and Furniture.
- Superior product knowledge.
- Achieving established targets.
- Attracts customers by originating display ideas; following display suggestions or schedules; constructing or assembling prefabricated display properties; producing merchandise displays in windows and showcases, and on the sales floor.
- Helps customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery.
- Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
