LogiSpace is a commercial real estate brokerage specializing in managed and flexible office spaces across India. Our company works with leading operators like WeWork, Cowrks, Smartworks, Awfis, and more to help clients find the right office solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic business development associate to join our team in Mumbai. This role combines sales execution and strategic contribution. On one hand, you will prospect clients, suggest properties, arrange site visits across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai, and close deals in line with monthly targets. On the other hand, you will collaborate with leadership to develop and execute creative strategies that enhance our presence in Mumbai, strengthen lead generation, improve sales conversions, and support team expansion.

This position is ideal for someone who excels in sales but also wants to play a role in shaping business strategy, marketing direction, and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable office space options.
  • Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Develop strong relations with operators such as WeWork, Cowrks, Awfis, Smartworks, and others to ensure priority access to inventory.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent our company professionally in all client and operator interactions.

Strategy & Business Growth

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to create strategies for stronger presence in Mumbai.
  • Contribute ideas and directions for creatives that can boost digital lead generation.
  • Recommend conversation strategies to improve client engagement and closure rates.
  • Contribute to team expansion strategies in Mumbai, including inputs on hiring and scaling business operations.
  • Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and innovative business development approaches.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory if proven experience).
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
  • Confidence in handling client calls and in-person meetings.
  • Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai for site visits.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Creative thinker who can contribute ideas for marketing, sales strategies, and business growth.
