We're seeking a seasoned Space Consultant to join our team.

About the Role

As a key member of our pre-sales team, you'll be the first point of contact for clients visiting our showroom. Your role will involve understanding their requirements, providing personalized design recommendations, preparing quotes, and facilitating store visits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and engage with customers at the flagship showroom, delivering a premium shopping experience.
  • Understand client preferences, home aesthetics, and functional needs to suggest suitable furniture, upholstery fabric, rugs, lights, and accessories.
  • Guide customers through the showroom, explaining material choices, design philosophies, and craftsmanship behind each piece.
  • Provide expert design inputs based on clients' space requirements, color schemes, and lifestyle needs.
  • Curate personalized product selections and suggest suitable combinations of furniture, lighting, and décor.
  • Assist clients in visualizing products in their space using mood boards, sketches, or digital tools.
  • Prepare detailed quotes and pricing estimates based on client selections.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely follow-ups and order processing.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and proactively reach out to schedule showroom visits.
  • Nurture relationships with interior designers, architects, and homebuyers to generate leads.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, emails, or showroom visits to convert potential clients into customers.
  • Participate in design events, workshops, and exhibitions to showcase our offerings.
Requirements

We're looking for individuals with a degree/diploma in interior design, architecture, fine arts, or a related field and 3-8 years of experience in interior design, furniture sales, or luxury retail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a passion for luxury furniture and customer experience.
