Role Overview:

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for our clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide them with the best design solutions.

About the Job:

  • Design and develop interior spaces that meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Work on multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Analyze sales reports, project timelines, and customer satisfaction to improve services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop designs that are functional, budget-friendly, and meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in interior design.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-year Diploma in Interior Designing/Architecture from a reputed institution.
  • Site experience is mandatory; confidence in proposing designs that can be installed with minimum hassle at site.
  • Customer-centric approach to providing solutions.
  • Exposure to residential projects is essential.
  • Proficiency in Google Sketchup software.
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written communication to construct and defend ideas/designs/pricing.
