Job Title: Sales Associate
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct cold and warm outreach to generate and qualify commercial leads (via email, , phone, and CRM tools)
* Maintain clean, up-to-date lead and client records in CRM and Excel
* Manage scheduling and calendar invites for meetings, sales calls, and follow-ups
* Prepare basic sales reports, call summaries, and email recaps
* Draft and send templated emails, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations
* Track lead funnel progress and flag stalled conversations for re-engagement
* Support the business owner with administrative and light operational tasks as needed (e.g., vendor coordination, data entry, organizing contacts)
* Communicate clearly and professionally with potential clients, adapting tone as needed
* Work Central Time (US) business hours and proactively communicate availability
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, formatting, etc.)
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Prior experience in lead generation or a sales support role is a plus
* Basic understanding of business operations and sales processes
