Job Description

The primary responsibility of a Sales Officer is to engage with customers and provide them with an exceptional shopping experience.

Greet each customer warmly and offer assistance as needed.

Listen attentively to their preferences and respond accordingly.

Ensure that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.

Foster a positive relationship with customers by offering personalized service and attention to detail.

Discuss store services and products, providing detailed explanations and demonstrations as required.

Provide customers with the necessary information regarding pricing, product details, and features.

Demonstrate the use and operation of products to enhance customer satisfaction.

Recommend suitable jewelry options based on customer preferences and budget constraints.

Assist customers with wrapping and bagging their purchases.

Acquire customer contact information and generate a unique customer code.

Communicate pricing data and product weights to the cashier.

Facilitate smooth payment transactions for customers.

Update sales records and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Take ownership of assigned counters and ensure seamless operations.

Report daily activities and concerns to the Store Manager.

Adhere to company policies and protocols to ensure exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in any field
  • Knowledge: Customer service principles, sales techniques, and relevant product knowledge
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales environments
