Job Overview

This is a key role in our organization, responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to drive client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to analyze and solve complex problems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients, ensuring excellent client servicing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and business goals to provide tailored solutions.
  • Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, product) to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Track account performance, prepare reports, and present insights to clients.
  • Resolve client issues and escalate when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of proven experience in account management, client servicing, or relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and manage relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Results-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed client expectations.
