Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Associate Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. They will break projects into manageable tasks and set realistic timeframes.

Liaising with clients is crucial in this role, identifying and defining requirements, scope, and objectives. The Associate Project Manager will assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.

This position involves ensuring client needs are met as projects evolve, analyzing risks and opportunities, overseeing project procurement management, and monitoring progress.

The successful candidate will act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. They will also work closely with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Excel is essential.
