Project Manager Role Summary

This is a key role in the organization responsible for ensuring successful delivery of software solutions to customers across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality results.

  • Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery by effectively prioritizing tasks, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, progress updates, and solution-oriented approaches.
  • Apply expertise in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) to drive project success.
  • Support business growth by implementing best practices, new methodologies, and technologies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (functional and technical consultants) and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to achieve project goals.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior leadership, project sponsors, and clients.
  • Coordinate and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other collaborative events to enhance team performance and client engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of working experience, with at least 8 years of effective project management experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in cloud-based implementations, loan originations, fraud detection, customer management, and decisioning systems.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
