Program Manager Role

This position is accountable for overseeing the end-to-end delivery, governance, and execution of central Learning and Development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be able to monitor program efficacy, drive learner engagement, and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.

  • Oversight of end-to-end delivery, governance, and execution of central L&D programs
  • Monitoring program effectiveness and driving learner engagement
  • Effective management of internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success
  • Coordination with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter experts to achieve program goals
  • Tracking program performance, maintaining relevant documentation, and providing regular updates to key stakeholders
  • Supporting strategic L&D initiatives including capability building, leadership development, and innovation projects
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and audit requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
