Job Title

A Product Owner is needed to drive the growth and maturity of our SaaS product. The successful candidate will help shape the Product Roadmap, ensuring that requirements from application teams, partners, and customers are understood, documented, prioritized, and communicated across business.

About the Role
  • Serve as a subject matter expert within the Product Group and be a conduit between Product and the rest of the business.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to deliver new platform features.
  • Partner with engineering scrum teams to ensure a shared understanding of the future state of the platform and scalable architecture.
  • Capture, manage, and communicate dependencies from application teams.
  • Create and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria for successful feature delivery.
Responsibilities

The Product Owner will be responsible for:

  • Helping shape the platform roadmap and deciding which features to build.
  • Enabling sales, support, and professional service field teams on new features.
  • Traveling up to 20% to meet with customers.
Requirements
  • 3-4+ years of experience in product management role, ideally in enterprise software industry.
  • Experience working closely with multiple teams of engineers/developers.
  • Good understanding of agile/scrum development concepts.
  • Deep expertise in translating use cases into user stories.
  • Domain experience in enterprise end-user computing, monitoring, experience management solution.
  • Ability to think creatively to solve problems through a customer lens.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
