Graphic Designer Role

Our ideal candidate will be a skilled Graphic Designer with a passion for crafting visually compelling digital experiences. This role involves creating engaging landing pages in Figma, designing marketing visuals across formats, and producing short-form videos and animations.

The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and animation principles. They will also have experience working in digital-first contexts and a portfolio showcasing their skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create visually appealing landing pages in Figma, optimized for conversion and usability.
  • Design and manage marketing visuals across formats, including ads, social media creatives, email, presentations, and web graphics.
  • Produce short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics for product marketing, social campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, and content teams to bring campaigns and concepts to life.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across static and motion assets.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic, visual, or motion design, preferably in digital-first or performance-driven contexts.
  • Advanced Figma skills, along with a strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • A portfolio showcasing a mix of static design and motion/animation work.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and animation principles.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
