**Job Title:** Visual Content Creator Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging visual content for various audiences. Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality visual content, including motion graphics, videos, and animations, to engage with different audiences.
  • Develop interactive content and interfaces, including games and simulations, that support over 40 languages, including right-to-left.
  • Design and develop creative assets that are responsive to all devices and perform well on various devices and network speeds.
  • Work in close collaboration with stakeholders, designers, and marketing / communications colleagues throughout all phases of project development.
  • Ensure all graphics and visuals adhere to McDonald's branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all materials.
 Requirements:• 5+ years of experience and Bachelor of Arts – in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics or equivalent field, or a related field.
• Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop and in at least one 3D motion design tool such as Cinema 4D or similar. Benefits:As a Visual Content Creator, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and create innovative visual content that engages with different audiences. Skills:
