Lead Coding Instructor

Job Summary:

  • Deliver engaging online coding classes to students aged 5–18.
  • Cover block-based and text-based programming, enabling students to build apps, websites, games, software, AI projects, and robotics solutions.
About the Role:

This position demands not only technical expertise but also a WOW factor in teaching – the ability to transform learning into a journey of curiosity, creativity, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, interactive online coding sessions to students globally.
  • Teach both block-based coding (Scratch, Blockly, MIT App Inventor) and text-based programming (Python, JavaScript, C++, Java, etc.).
  • Design curriculum-aligned projects in various domains.
  • Foster a student-centric learning environment that encourages problem-solving, creativity, and innovation.
  • Adapt teaching methodologies based on age group and student learning patterns.
  • Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and personalize learning paths.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • A neutral and clear communication style with no accent or regional dialects.
  • At least 5 years of experience in teaching coding/programming to school or college students.
  • A strong command of both block-based and text-based programming.
  • Expertise in at least 3 of the following domains: App Development, Web Development, Game Development, Software Development, AI, Robotics.
  • Familiarity with educational tools, coding platforms, and online teaching technologies.
