Expert Learning & Development Specialists Sought

We are building a curated pool of professionals – independent consultants and boutique firms – to support delivering multiple inclusive, data-driven digital learning programs.

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in designing and delivering learning experiences and training events that drive measurable outcomes. They should be able to collaborate with global stakeholders/SMEs across time zones and languages, build scalable templates, toolkits, and processes, and ensure accessibility, quality, and evidence-based evaluation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5+ years' demonstrable experience in Learning & Development (enterprise/consulting/boutique firm)
  • A strong portfolio/case studies showcasing expertise in ID/ASL/HTML/AR-VR/games/sim
  • Proven remote collaboration, clear communication, and on-time delivery skills
  • Bonus: multilingual delivery capabilities (English + French/German), regulated sectors, or large-scale rollouts
