Job Description:As a Digital Adoption Specialist, you will work closely with global customers to identify target audiences' training needs and develop actionable insights to improve digital adoption. You will be responsible for managing numerous projects, initiatives, and engagements concurrently while ensuring consistency in deliverables across projects and compliance throughout.To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders, understand customer business applications, processes, and user personas. A strong learning appetite to become an expert on Whatfix Products through our Certification Programs is essential.You will also be required to have in-depth knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce platform, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting. Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment with an inclination to solve issues, bottlenecks and problems with an analytical mindset.Additional Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to our customers
  • Consult, Ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions to our customers using the Whatfix Product Ecosystem
  • Review, analyze, and optimize solutions to increase digital adoption usage by end-users
