Digital Payments Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our digital payments initiatives. This role will inform and accelerate the growth of NPCI's digital payment platforms and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on policy, product strategy, and implementation for NPCI's digital payment platforms.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor benchmarks to advise on new initiatives.
  • Represent NPCI in high-level discussions, committees, and working groups.
  • Develop and implement research services across business segments and markets.
  • Foster coordination between internal teams and external partners for seamless integration.
  • Supervise and review ongoing projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination for successful implementation of new systems or upgrades.
  • Contribute to policy creation and updates aligning with RBI norms and global best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in the digital payments domain.
  • Promote innovation by evaluating new technologies and their applicability.
  • Prepare strategic reports, policy notes, and board-level presentations.
  • Communicate insights, risks, and progress clearly to senior leadership and partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of work experience in banking, financial, or consulting advisory sectors, preferably in digital payments.
  • MBA/Postgraduate in Business Management from a reputed institute.
