Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and expand the engineering team focused on delivering advanced DFT solutions.
  • Define, communicate, and execute strategic initiatives to increase market presence and customer success.
  • Act as a senior technical leader and trusted advisor, ensuring that our offerings align with customer requirements.
  • B build and maintain strong partnerships with senior customer stakeholders, driving long-term engagement and satisfaction.

You will have a strong track record of leading engineering teams, inspiring innovation, and delivering customer-centric solutions. Your experience spans project management, strategic planning, and customer engagement, enabling you to act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

What You'll Need:

  • Extensive experience in DFT, Synthesis, or other front-end digital design technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and manage complex technical programs.
  • Strong project management skills, including risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
