About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team, providing top-notch technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. The ideal candidate will be proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, both onsite and remotely.

Responsibilities:

  1. Offer 24/7 technical assistance to users across various time zones, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  2. Analyze and resolve incidents via ticketing systems within strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
  3. Conduct remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved matters to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  4. Collaborate with global IT teams to provide synchronized support and ensure continuity of services.
  5. Maintain detailed logs of shift activities and handover reports for future reference.
  6. Support the deployment and configuration of operating systems and applications.
  7. Deliver exceptional user experiences by training them on basic IT procedures and best practices.
  8. Perform inventory management of IT assets and ensure adherence to company policies.
