About This Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team, providing top-notch technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. The ideal candidate will be proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, both onsite and remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Offer 24/7 technical assistance to users across various time zones, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Analyze and resolve incidents via ticketing systems within strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved matters to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to provide synchronized support and ensure continuity of services.
- Maintain detailed logs of shift activities and handover reports for future reference.
- Support the deployment and configuration of operating systems and applications.
- Deliver exceptional user experiences by training them on basic IT procedures and best practices.
- Perform inventory management of IT assets and ensure adherence to company policies.
