Job Overview:

The Mobility Support Desk is a centralized platform bridging the gap between clients and technical solutions. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for users facing issues with technology, software, or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and take ownership of multiple customer support activities, including receiving incoming calls, chats, emails, and tickets to provide end-to-end Technical and general support resolution to the end user.
  • Interact with mobile carriers and other departments to resolve mobile service-related issues.
  • Adhere to business policies as dictated by joint operations documents.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KRAs) meet day-to-day, month-to-month expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Portuguese/Spanish and English languages to support our SaaS product (Mobility Practice).
  • Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
  • Extremely organized individuals with an appreciation for process documentation.
  • Team players who thrive in collaborative environments.
  • Ability to quickly learn troubleshooting techniques and step-by-step instructions.
  • Identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems through various mediums (platforms, emails, calls, chats) and responsible for closure of requests within specified SLAs.
