
Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to drive our business revenue and manage key client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in corporate sales, with a strong focus on the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients in the hospitality sector, which is our highest priority.
- Manage and build strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, a key priority for this role.
- Drive primary sales within assigned chains by handling commercials, negotiating on terms of trade, closing visibility deals, and planning promotions.
- Take full responsibility for the entire business revenue and client management.
- Initiate, close, and manage new tie-ups to expand the business.
- Handle payment reconciliation to ensure smooth financial operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Two or more years of expertise in handling corporate sales.
- Track Record: A successful history as a sales executive or sales manager, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Business Acumen: A strong business sense and industry expertise, particularly in the hospitality sector.
- Revenue Management: The capability to handle the total business revenue.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
