About this role:

As a Vice President, you will be responsible for driving global HR transformation and leading a globally aligned AI-enabled People & Culture strategy. This involves partnering with the CHRO and CXOs to drive strategic initiatives, building leadership depth, strengthening culture, and delivering exceptional employee experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 15-18 years of progressive HR leadership experience with exposure to global people operations. A minimum of 5+ years in a strategic HR leadership role in high-growth global SaaS or digital-first companies is required.

Demonstrated success in leading HR digitization, C&B, succession planning, and culture transformation is essential. Experience in scaling global programs and working closely with CXOs & Business Leaders is also desirable.
