Leading the Charge: Our Program Manager Role

As a results-driven Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing critical cross-functional initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly coordinate between multiple teams to ensure outcomes are delivered on time and with high impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Planning & Strategy: Define clear goals, success metrics, and timelines for programs.
  • Execution & Delivery: Break down complex projects into actionable plans with owners and milestones.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs for each program and build dashboards/reports to monitor success.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and drive process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in tech/edtech/startup environments.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
