About the Role:

We are seeking a high-impact professional to lead multiple initiatives. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for owning GTM strategy, enabling scalable growth, and ensuring smooth execution of programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Go-To-Market plans for new and existing projects.
  • Define customer personas, market segmentation, and positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Manage end-to-end program execution, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
  • Act as a bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, Academics, and Operations teams.
  • Drive effective stakeholder communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Oversee creation, updates, and management of website content and structure.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and user-friendliness.
  • Plan and execute impactful webinars and events to boost awareness and conversions.
  • Track engagement and leverage insights to refine outreach strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Growth, GTM, Strategy, or Program Management roles (EdTech, Consulting, or high-growth startups preferred).
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to deliver outcomes.
  • Experience in website management and ensuring quality through checks/reviews.
  • Exposure to building Go-To-Market plans, growth models, and product marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in planning/executing webinars/events is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • High ownership, agility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
