We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Program Management Senior Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • In partnership with Associate Directors, conduct needs assessments to understand the learning and development requirements of various organizations.
  • Research and recommend approaches and content to drive vertical development priorities, impacting teams and leaders alike.
  • Lead the development of technical learning paths for employees in AI, ML, and other areas, increasing their knowledge and career options.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Development Leader and HR community on building scalable training solutions across the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage end-to-end programs from initial analysis to vendor selection and relationship management, ensuring program goals are met and exceeded.
  • Partner with colleagues worldwide to implement and execute development approaches.
  • Project manage all details of development programs, including follow-up surveys and iteration.
  • Conduct special projects as needed to evolve talent development within the organization.
