Job Opportunity:

Amazon seeks a skilled professional to support system design and implementation of change management initiatives related to benefit program goals and objectives in Non-US countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess new benefit program roadmaps, changes to existing programs, and opportunities to drive process efficiencies with regional benefit leaders.
  • Lead the implementation of change requests, track and document change requests from benefit leaders.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders, operations, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders to finalize priority, scope, system gaps, and timelines for implementation.
  • Conduct regular reviews and monitor progress from initiation stage to go live.
  • Participate in and lead the improvement of benefit programs and processes.

A typical day involves daily stand-ups, requirement gathering, and project management tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources, HR processes and systems, process improvement, stakeholder management, and managing confidential information.
