Job Title: Visionary Program Director

The role of the Visionary Program Director – Integrated Planning & Resourcing is to drive cross-functional alignment across multiple initiatives by maintaining an integrated workplan, facilitating planning workshops, and assisting with resource forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive program workplan that caters to diverse audiences.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with initiative and market representatives to ensure plan accuracy and timeliness.
  • Standardize and facilitate resource forecasting across markets to optimize timelines and resourcing.
  • Identify and communicate strategic insights from integrated plans to inform decision-making.
  • Support the preparation and facilitation of integrated planning workshops to align program strategy with market needs.
  • Raise and mitigate potential dependencies, risks, or issues through appropriate governance channels.
  • Ensure seamless communication of integrated plans with market and executive forums for validation and awareness.
  • Oversee user experience of project management tooling and facilitate continuous learning opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships across markets and initiatives to foster alignment and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance on Integrated PMO ways of working, standards, and onboarding materials to Leads and Project Managers.
