Senior Cross-Functional Program Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cross-Functional Program Leader to drive cross-functional initiatives, leveraging strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.

• Understand business goals and initiate various programs.
• Measure progress, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Initiate programs, drive delivery to completion, and provide support when issues arise.
• Manage program scope, timelines, and resources to ensure on-schedule and within-budget delivery.
• Closely coordinate with Engineering and Infra teams for smooth deployments and execution of go-to-market plans.

Technical Expertise:

• Have a strong grasp of technical concepts to effectively engage with engineering teams.
• Understand High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs), ask the right questions, and facilitate informed discussions.

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Facilitate collaboration and alignment between cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of communication and understanding.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical jargon and communicating progress effectively.

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate potential technical risks that could impact program success.
• Develop contingency plans and ensure program resilience in the face of challenges.

Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Seek support from stakeholders when needed.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Track key program metrics, create dashboards and visualizations, and generate reports to monitor progress and measure success.

Process Improvement & Quarterly Planning

• Own and manage end-to-end quarterly planning cycle, including:
• Push product team to get BRD from business teams.
• Coordinate with Product to gather concept notes or PRDs.
• Work with Design team to obtain wireframes or sketches.
• Collaborate with Engineering to conduct grooming sessions, capacity planning, and finalize feature list for upcoming quarter.
• Lead communication and alignment across stakeholders to ensure clarity, transparency, and accountability.
• Run bi-weekly tracking and check-ins to monitor progress against plan, identify blockers, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement, simplifying workflows, and maximizing team efficiency.
• Ensure all documentation and deliverables are up to date, structured, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of industry experience in program management.
• Experience working in highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups is imperative.
• Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time.
• High attention to detail by prioritizing multiple programs simultaneously and delivering in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to understand cross-functional dependencies and drive towards technical solutions for multi-tiered programs.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results on technical programs.
• Technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate directly with technical teams.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
• Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills, with ability to influence Stakeholders.

Preferred Skills/Certifications (Added Advantage):

• PMP, PMI ACP, PfMP.
• Certification in Scrum / Kanban Methodology - CSM, ACSM. CSP - Scrum Master, PSM 1, PSM 2.
• SAFe certification.
