Leadership Opportunity

We seek an experienced delivery leader to spearhead high-impact technology initiatives and manage cross-functional teams with full accountability.

This role demands hands-on oversight of complex programs spanning AI, SRE, DevOps, ADM, and platform engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Program Delivery Oversight: Manage all phases of program delivery—from solution shaping and transition to steady-state operations—across multiple accounts and geographies.
  2. Business Unit Leadership: Manage financial performance for assigned practice areas or verticals, including revenue forecasting, cost control, margin improvement initiatives, and strategic growth planning.
  3. Team Execution in Complex Environments: Lead distributed teams working on concurrent multi-million-dollar programs. Navigate ambiguity, cross-functional dependencies, and shifting priorities with strong execution discipline.
  4. Client Value & Relationship Management: Serve as senior delivery leader for strategic clients. Build trust-based partnerships at the executive level, driving retention, value realization, and program expansion.
  5. Delivery Risk & Compliance: Implement robust frameworks for operational risk management, delivery compliance, quality assurance, and SLA adherence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in IT delivery and program management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing distributed teams and large-scale initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in owning and managing P&L for a practice or business unit with significant revenue.
