Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Global Program Director. The successful candidate will provide project management expertise and operational support for global drug development programs.

The ideal candidate will have expert planning, tracking, and financial reporting skills, as well as advanced technical skills in the use of Excel and Gantt charts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and maintain key project level documents including accurate project plan and forecast
  • Proactively identify, track and manage project risks and issues
  • Monitor and track development activities, forecast, and timelines at high quality
  • Support creation and alignment of executive communication of project progress, changes and risks
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate in life sciences (or MBA with bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in life science)
  • 5+ years pharma industry experience
  • 5+ years or equivalent multi-/cross functional team experience
  • Strong project / program management skills
  • Expert planning and tracking skills, ability to use proper tools in program management
  • Intermediate knowledge of regulatory and business requirements
