Global Program Associate Director: Project Management Expert

Job Overview
The Global Program Associate Director plays a vital role in managing global drug development programs, requiring exceptional project management expertise and operational support.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop program/project strategy and translate it into Integrated Development Plans (IDPs)
- Partners with team members to ensure alignment of Target Product Profiles (TPPs) and IDPs
- Coordinates the preparation and compilation of strategic documents and prepares project tollgates
- Achievement of project objectives and key milestones
- Quality and accuracy of plans and forecasts in enterprise systems
- Quality of project-level documents including TPPs, IDPs, One Pagers, and Executive Gantt charts
- Quality of draft executive communication on project progress and risks
- Masters or Doctorate in life sciences or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of pharma industry experience
- 5+ years of multi-functional team experience
- Proven track record of success in working with large-scale international and multidisciplinary teams
