Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and executing a global strategy to align with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Defining and enforcing global policies, procedures, and standards while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Partnering with Finance, IT, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of R2R processes into end-to-end operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred and/or CA/CPA equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in financial management leadership roles, with 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
