Program Management Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and coordinate expert programs for a global enterprise software leader.

The role centers on CRM and Service Now implementations with a strong focus on employee enablement – preparing consultants and architects for upcoming projects and certifications.

The right candidate will combine program delivery management with technical implementation knowledge, while engaging with employees to guide, coach, and ready them for success in future Service Now projects.

  • Coordinate and manage certified architect and expert programs focused on CRM & Service Now workflows.
  • Prepare employees/learners for future Service Now project readiness through structured enablement programs.
  • Engage with learners to mentor, coach, and guide them through certification and implementation readiness.
  • Drive discussions on program objectives, monitor progress, and evaluate learner performance.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, content creators, and stakeholders to design and deliver enablement materials.
  • Support final certification readiness, including coordinating review boards and assessment panels.
  • Track, assess, and report on program outcomes and metrics.
  • Identify and drive program improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure fairness, inclusivity, and consistency across programs.

Requirements:

  • 12–18 years of program/project management experience in enterprise environments.
  • 5+ years of Service Now platform experience across multiple modules.
  • 3+ years in Service Now CRM / CSM / workflow implementations (mandatory).

  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and enable employees/consultants in technical or enterprise environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and program delivery skills.
  • Knowledge of training trends, learning enablement, and certification frameworks.
