ResourcesShift 1 00 PM to 10 00 PM Monday to FridayRole Overview The Employee Relations Lead is responsible for managing employee grievances disciplinary cases and performance improvement cases at the designated site This role ensures that all employee relations activities are handled in a fair consistent and legally compliant manner The Employee Relations Lead will work closely with management and employees to foster a positive work environment and address issues promptly and effectively Thie role will also be accountable for conceptualizing and leading multiple initiatives keeping in mind the changing needs of the organization Key Responsibilities Grievance Management xc2xb7Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances xc2xb7Conduct thorough investigations into grievances in a timely manner xc2xb7Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve grievances xc2xb7Maintain detailed records of all grievance cases and outcomes Disciplinary Case Managementxc2xb7Manage the disciplinary process ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements xc2xb7Conduct investigations into disciplinary issues including interviews with involved parties xc2xb7Provide recommendations for disciplinary actions and ensure consistent application across the site xc2xb7Document all disciplinary cases and maintain confidentiality Performance Improvement xc2xb7Work with managers to identify employees who require performance improvement plans PIPs xc2xb7Develop and implement PIPs in collaboration with managers and employees xc2xb7Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to employees on PIPs xc2xb7Evaluate the effectiveness of PIPs and make necessary adjustments Policy and Procedure Compliance xc2xb7Ensure all employee relations activities comply with company policies procedures and legal requirements xc2xb7Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations xc2xb7Provide training to managers and employees on employee relations policies and best practices xc2xb7Skip Connect Focus Group Discussions xc2xb7Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution xc2xb7Conduct regular meetings with employees to address concerns and gather feedback xc2xb7Promote open door policy and ensure confidentiality with respect to the feedback shared Reporting and Analytics xc2xb7Prepare regular reports on employee relations activities and trends xc2xb7Analyze data to identify patterns and areas for improvement xc2xb7Provide insights and recommendations to senior management Team management xc2xb7Manage a team of 7 employees in Employee Relations across 3 locations xc2xb7Communication Articulation xc2xb7Preparation of email letter draftsxc2xb7Participation in Leadership reviews preparation of dashboards Qualifications xc2xb7Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field xc2xb7Minimum of 12 years of experience in employee relations or a similar role xc2xb76-7 years of experience in team management xc2xb7Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations xc2xb7Excellent communication and interpersonal skills xc2xb7Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion xc2xb7Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills xc2xb7Proficiency in HRIS Workday or similar tools and other relevant software Additional Information xc2xb7This role may
