About this role: We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals across different time zones.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing round-the-clock technical support via ticketing system
  • Monitoring and responding to incidents within SLA timelines
  • Performing remote troubleshooting and escalating unresolved issues
  • Maintaining logs of shift activities and handover reports

You will collaborate with global IT teams to provide coordinated support and ensure minimal downtime. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory of IT assets and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in desktop support engineering
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in three shifts (morning, evening, and night)
  • Rotational 24/7 support including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
